9:00 - 17:00(weekdays)
9:00 - 12:30, 13:30 - 17:00(spring break and summer vacation)
Unexpected closing or change of servic hours will be announced at the entrance.
(Graduate students and students of law school are also allowed 18:00 - 21:00 on Mondays and Tuesdays.)
